The body itself and the outfit looks quite good. Very nice work with the cleavage. The face looks okay and you got the hair right. A little simple for my taste, but why not.
Your biggest problem are the anatomical issues. Ok, i make it quick and painless and i hope you can forgive me.
First the head is compared to the whole body way to small. The lips could need a litte more effort and the nose could be more graceful. (Try thinner strokes. )
Her right hand is too small and her legs are too big, so the foot either.
You should study a anatomy book. You can exaggerte your babes in a cartoonish way (i do that, too ), but there are anatomical rules you should follow them to make it pretty.
The lines on the outfit could be cleaner and you should shade it, too. Looks a littly flat compared to the rest.
I hope this helps.
